This is general information, not legal advice.

Federal regulation 21 CFR 1308.11 lists psilocybin and psilocyn as Schedule I hallucinogenic substances, including any preparation containing any quantity of them, unless specifically excepted or listed in another schedule. The 2.2g Exodus disposable’s page points to the manufacturer’s label for ingredients, serving information and directions. Its lab reports each cover the sample and tests that document shows.

Federal regulation 21 CFR 1308.11 names the drugs and other substances that make up Schedule I[1]. For a vape, the product page points to two other documents: the manufacturer’s label and the manufacturer’s certificates of analysis (COAs)[2].

Is there psilocybin in a mushroom vape?

Psilocybin appears in Schedule I under 21 CFR 1308.11 as item 29 of paragraph (d), and psilocyn appears as item 30[1].

The Exodus product pages describe each device by brand, format, size and flavors, with manufacturer lab reports listed where available[2][3]. For what a device contains, both pages direct you to the manufacturer’s label[2][3].

How does federal law treat psilocybin?

Paragraph (d) of 21 CFR 1308.11 covers hallucinogenic substances[1]. It reaches any material, compound, mixture or preparation that contains any quantity of a listed substance, or any of its salts, isomers and salts of isomers[1]. That coverage applies unless a substance is specifically excepted or listed in another schedule[1]. Each listed substance carries a Controlled Substances Code Number, 7437 for psilocybin and 7438 for psilocyn[1].

The Exodus 2.2g disposable

This device is listed with Exodus as the brand, a disposable vape with a USB-C rechargeable battery as the format, and 2.2g as the size[2]. Its twelve flavors are Rainbow Belts, Strawberry Kiwi, Blood Orange, Sour Mango, Orange Pineapple, Tangie Banana, Lime Sorbet, Sour Apple, Blueberry Blast, Grape Punch, Watermelon Lime and Sugar Cookie[2]. A charging cable isn’t included with the device[2].

The Exodus 3.5g XL disposable

The XL is the larger format in the Exodus lineup, a 3.5g disposable with a USB-C rechargeable battery[3]. Its six flavors are Blue Razz, Grape Gush, Kiwi Dragon Berry, Mango Fab, Sour Strings and Straw Melon[3]. The manufacturer notes that a charging cable is not included[3].

What do mushroom vape lab reports show?

The lab reports on both Exodus vape pages are COAs published by the manufacturer[2][3]. Each report covers the sample and tests shown in that document, and the store’s inventory batches have not yet been matched to these reports[2]. The lab reports library organizes manufacturer certificates by product and option, searchable by brand, product, flavor or batch[4].

What fields appear in each vape report entry?

The 2.2g disposable has twelve reports, one per flavor, each with a sample number such as 2511EXL6517.28177 for Rainbow Belts[2]. Eleven of them carry a report date of 11/22/2025, and the Blood Orange report is dated 05/28/2026[2]. The XL disposable has six reports, with sample numbers beginning 2601EXL0321 and report dates of 01/18/2026 or 01/19/2026[3].

What mushroom vape formats are available?

Vapes on the shelf come as 2.2g and 3.5g disposables, with twelve flavors in the smaller format and six in the larger[5]. Each product page shows the full flavor list, device size and available lab reports[5].
